Christmas season is officially here and we are ready to celebrate. We understand that sightseeing in New York City does not take a break for the holidays, so we are committed to providing you with all the services you need, while also celebrating with our families.

CORPORATE OFFICE (36 W 44th St., Suite 1407)

  • Dec 23rd: 8 am – 3pm
  • Dec 24th: CLOSED
  • Dec 25th: CLOSED
  • Dec 26th – Dec 30th: 8am – 6pm
  • Dec 31st: CLOSED
  • Jan 1st: CLOSED
  • Jan 2nd: CLOSED


December 25th:

  • Welcome Center (712 7th Avenue): 8am – 6pm
  • Madame Tussauds (234 West 42nd Street): 8am – 5pm
  • Luggage Source (306 Fifth Ave): 12pm – 5pm
  • Bus Tours: All tours will operate during regular hours

December 31st:

  • Welcome Center: 7am – 12pm
  • Madame Tussauds: 8am – 12pm
  • Luggage Source: 12pm – 5pm
  • Bus Tours: Downtown Tour: 7am – 10am, Uptown Tour: 8am – 10am, Brooklyn Tour: CANCELLED, Night Tour: CANCELLED, Holiday Lights Tour: CANCELLED

January 1st:

  • Welcome Center: 8am – 6pm
  • Madame Tussauds: 8am – 5pm
  • Luggage Source: 12pm – 5pm
  • Bus tours: All tours will operate during regular hours


The Big Bus locations will be available to answer any questions or provide any support you may need regarding your New York Passes or Big Bus tickets. Due to the increased number of visitors and traffic in the city during this time, please be patient and expect some delays on the bus routes and larger crowds at popular attractions.
